Access Rules
After payment, you receive:
- Unlimited time access to all tests
- Access is tied to the device from which payment was made
- Ability to retake tests multiple times and review results
Payment
Payment is one-time and secure. We accept credit/debit cards and BLIK via Stripe. After successful payment, you will immediately receive access to all tests.
↩️Returns & Refunds
In accordance with consumer law and the nature of digital services:
- The right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase applies only if you have not used any test after payment.
- Using at least one test or generating an AI analysis constitutes consent to service delivery and waives the right of withdrawal.
- Complaints must be submitted by email to contact1@enigmavita.com within 14 days of the issue occurring.
⚠Device Limitation
Access is tied to the device (browser) from which payment was made. If you need to change your device, please contact our support.
Privacy & Personal Data
We process only data necessary to deliver the service (email address, session identifier, test answers). Data is never sold or shared with third parties. Test results are tied to the browser session and do not require account creation. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy on request at contact1@enigmavita.com.

📦Shop Terms (Physical Products)
The following rules apply to orders placed in the EnigmaVita esoteric shop:
- Shipping is available within Poland via InPost (courier or parcel locker) to the address/pickup point selected in checkout.
- Order fulfillment time is counted from the moment payment is confirmed and depends on product availability.
- For physical products, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the date of parcel delivery.
- Complaints regarding products or delivery can be submitted to contact1@enigmavita.com with your order number.
- A return request link is included in the purchase confirmation email and pre-fills the transaction ID automatically.
